Charlotte Transformed Her Relationship With Her Children (and Herself!) Serving As The Foundation for Absolute Clarity in Boundaries & Limit Setting!

Charlotte felt like she was yelling at her kids all the time when she first came to work with us. She was experiencing a lot of chaotic behavior with her children, and she was looking for an approach to bring the best out of them, create more structure in the home, and keep her sanity in the process! 

By the end of the program, she grew tremendously in her own emotional regulation skills, and was much better at de-escalating intense situations with her children. She was also laser focused on seeing her children for their greatness, and constantly gave out verbal recognitions for their many successes, enriching her home with more positivity and connection. 

In creating a strong relationship with her children, she set the foundation for clear limit setting, and she no longer had to resort to screaming matches when making reasonable demands of her children.
